Intended use

What Medical Vault is for

Medical Vault is a medical diary. It lets you keep a copy of your own medical record and read it: diagnoses, results, medications, visits and documents, each with the document it came from.

It is for you, the person the record is about. It is not a tool clinicians use to make decisions about your care.

What it does

It brings your record in from an export you upload or, once your clinic offers it, from your clinic at your request, and converts it into a standard medical format (FHIR R4).

It shows everything it converted, and tells you what it could not read instead of leaving it out.

What it does not do

It does not interpret, diagnose, score, monitor or alert. A value outside the range the lab stated is shown the same way as one inside it.

It gives no medical advice and no treatment recommendation, and it does not replace your clinic's record. It is not a medical device.
